It is our mission to deliver our members a fitness program that stimulates the mind, body, and soul. To challenge yourself daily is the key that opens the door to growth. Enjoy our complimentary Fitness Intro and incorporate these simple routines daily to BENEFIT YOUR HEALTH!
MORNING ROUTINE
It is important to start every morning feeling stress free and accomplished. Feeling accomplished before you start your day instils a sense of pride and achievement that can boost your mental health throughout the rest of the day! You can accomplish this by incorporating at least (2) hours of Morning Leisure into your daily routine. Morning Leisure is time set aside each morning so that you may engage your mind, body, and or soul. Examples of Morning Leisure activities are Exercising; strength, yoga, stretching, and Mind Stimulation; reading, writing, art, meditation, cooking, puzzles, Prayer, and much more!

DAILY EXERCISES
Whether you perform your workout in the morning, mid-day, or at night, adding a simple daily exercise routine can enhance your flexibility, endurance, strength, balance, repertory, and overall mental health. Be sure to perform all exercises in a slow controlled motion. Focus on form, take your time with each exercise and slowly inhale and exhale with each repetition.

MIND STIMULATION
Engaging in daily Mind Stimulation exercises can improve your solving abilities, memory, IQ, stress management, mood and even enhance your cognitive skills! There are many different ways to stimulate your mind for the betterment of your mental health, some of those ways include: Meditation, nature indulgence, puzzles, games, reading, writing, and any form of art. Incorporate some of these practices into your daily routine and experience the positive benefits!

NIGHT TIME ROUTINE
It is important to end your day in the same style you came into it, stress free and achieved! You can accomplish this by incorporating at least (1) hour of Night Leisure into your daily routine. Night Leisure is time set aside each night so that you may engage your mind, body, and or soul in a "winding down manner". Examples of Night Leisure activities are Stretching, and Mind Stimulation; reading, writing, art, meditation, puzzles, prayer, and much more!
Dedicate (1) minute at the end of each day to appreciate everything you experienced. Whether good or bad, appreciate those experiences and learn from them! Writing in a nightly journal is also a great way to end your day, and can help your mind feel more organized and also help you remember past events more clearly!
